Dom made the call at 10:04am.
Man…it’s gonna be one of those days…

Are we allowed to curse on FinTwit?

It’s not the original, but this is pretty good.

Even MSM is making jokes.
The Dow could be headed for its worst session since March… but is it an opening for bulls? https://t.co/UnBOA2P0eP pic.twitter.com/fy38fnNf5L

Finally, some common sense.
Since 1928 the S&P 500 has seen 325 days w/losses of 3% or worse. That means it happens roughly 3.5x a year on average. So maybe today was shrug emoji (or the start of the next 1987…)

Gaining perspective.
Market had a bad day but keep things in perspective.
10 years ago TO THE DAY the Dow opened at 8,568.67. During the day it dropped as low as 7882.51 (>8% loss). Was also as high as 8,901.28 (3.74% gain). A ~12% INTRADAY swing!
Know what we call that now? History#StayTheCourse

Save us, Jim. You’re our only hope.
And is anyone still panicking about any of these?
Nope. https://t.co/J8fJvg78hO
