Quoted in Wall Street Journal – Finding and Working With the Right Mentor

Do you have a mentor?  I get the most out of my mentor when my stress levels, both good and bad, are at their highest. In these moments, I find it extremely helpful to get objective advice on a particular issue that I am dealing with. For example, I could be debating a shift in a marketing strategy, deciding whether or not I should make a substantial investment in my practice or contemplating how I should handle a challenging client case. While speaking with friends, family and colleagues is, in general, helpful, it can be quite biased.

So, check out Finding and Working With the Right Mentor by the WSJ and let me know what you think.
